Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-returnable items:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund
